Yes! We have depots and branches in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. Our line haul vehicles travel regularly between these, with each branch then servicing the areas around it. This means that we can handle your freight personally, every step of the way.
Yes. Our extensive fleet covers everything from line haul to around town vehicles. We have depots across the country and experienced staff at every touch point. We don’t use other carriers to do the heavy lifting so you can trust that when your freight is with United, it’s in good hands.

We hand stack and load all our freight, rather than using a fork hoist. This means that freight needs to be able to be lifted by two or three (very strong!) people.
Yes, all of our sites are MPI approved.
Of course, our warehouses and storage facilities mean we can store your goods for as long as needed.
Pallets can damage other freight and our trucks. Loading pallets needs to be done with a fork hoist, so you may find that a general freighter is a more suitable option than United.
We can help if you need to move a number of specific items, or with smaller homes or flats. However, our service is not tailored to full household relocations. We cater to a commercial market with scheduled service runs. There are a number of companies specialising in full household removals who can meet your requirements if this is what you need.
